Service
POS SaaS provides cloud-based point-of-sale, inventory, and business management tools on a subscription basis.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
Subscriptions & billing
Plans include a free trial period as stated at signup. Paid subscriptions renew according to the billing cycle you select unless cancelled.
Acceptable use
You may not use the platform for unlawful purposes, attempt to access other tenants' data, or disrupt service availability.
Limitation of liability
POS SaaS is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the service beyond fees paid in the prior twelve months.
